The 3S Surf Camp, situated 2 min from Santa Cruz (where the 3S Surf School is located), gives you the opportunity to live the uncomparable surf spirit with those who chose surf as a way of life.
You can count with a wide garden where you can rest after a long day of surfing and with a swimming pool when you want to relax and refresh. The accomodation, in group, gives you the privilege to share ideas and moments and to learn the culture of somebody else, but if you prefere you can be accommodate in private. Waiting to receive people from all over the world, 3S Surf Camp is not only a place to rest but it is also a place where you can learn and improve your surf. With a professional team of teachers certified by the Portuguese Surf Federation, it is garanteed that you will have all the support you need.

Pay attention to the following information. Be aware that in the case of violation of these rules you will be personally and financially responsible in the case of any damage.
The following conditions apply to bookings of travel services.
Reservations Policy
(1) Making a reservation: After we receive your booking request we shall contact you in less than 24 h. We will provide all the info you may need and ask you for a deposit payment (30 % of the total value).
a) Groups: groups must deposit at arrival extra 20 EUR per person for eventual damage of 3S Surf Camp property. Deposit for damage will be given back if no damage is caused.
(2) Confirmation: After payment of the deposit you will receive a confirmation email and further instructions. We only guarantee your place after you pay the deposit.
(3) If you wish to change your booking after it has been confirmed e.g. guest names, date changes, etc, you must cancel your booking and re-book. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee to meet such requests. Cancellation charges may apply.
PAYMENT
Credit Card:
We'll send you a link by email for you to enter your credit card details and therefore perform the payment. The transaction is totally secure, using the services provided by Paypal . No registration required.
or Bank Transfer
After the transfer done, it is required that you send us, by fax or email, the receipt that proofs the transfe is done, it is required that you send us the name of the person who did the transfer, country and the MTCN number (Money Transfer Control Number), composed of 10 digits.
Cancelation policy
After confirmation was made as written above we accept the cancellation in the following terms:
a) Until one month prior to arrival we will refund the total of the deposit.
b) Until two weeks prior to arrival we will charge 25 % of the deposit.
c) Until one week prior to arrival we will not refund. The client will have a credit at 3S Surf Camp to use for one year.
d) Upon arrival and during stay we will not refund except in disease or injury.
Transfer policy
In case you have booked the transfer from Lisbon airport to 3S Surf Camp:
a) The transfer must be booked 24 h in advanced and confirmed by us through email.
b) The cancelation of the transfer must be done until 24 h before arrival. If otherwise we will not refund transfer money.
c) 3S Surf Camp driver will wait for you at the arrival hall of the Lisbon airport in the area reserved for the travel agents
d) The clients are required to show the confirmation of the reservation to the 3S SURF CAMP driver
e) The transfer can be refused by driver in the case of drunkenness, intoxication or aggressive behaviour of the clients. If so, 3S Surf Camp has the right to charge 100% of the transfer price.
f) The transfer can be refused with charging of 30% of its price in the cases of the baggage over-weighted, if not announced in advance (the allowed weight of the baggage is 30 kg per person), incorrect booking regarding the number of passengers or the final destination.
g) The client is required to provide the telephone number reachable in Portugal. In the case of delay caused by the traffic, weather conditions or any other factors which could not be influenced by 3S Surf Camp, 3S Surf Camp does not take any responsibility. 3S Surf Camp does not refund any alternative transfer taken by client (namely taxi or bus).
Accommodation policy
Check-In is after 14:00 and Check-Out is until 12:00 (if you stay after 12:00 will be charged an extra day).
Beside the mentioned hours, Check-In is possible at anytime if the client provides the date and hour of the arrival.
Besides the main services like booking surf classes or surf rental, at the reception you may:
· Get a map of the waves
· Use the internet;
· Check the daily weather forecast and the tide chart;
· Use the Skype phone to call anywhere in the world;
· Obtain discount at our Manel Sport Surf Shop;
· Order a custom made DXS Surfboard;
· Obtain movies;
· Obtain the Wi-Fi password;
· All local information and activities;
· Sign in for Surf Camp activities like BBQ’s;
· Laundry;
· You may get toilet paper or dishwashing liquid;
· Put personal belongings in the safe;
3SSC is not responsible for any robbery or theft that occurs in its property.
3SSC recommends you to put your personal belongings in the safe. 3SSC do not take any responsibility of the client’s personal belongings during their stay, wherever they are placed. Client itself is fully responsible of his personal belongings.
Inform the reception if any damage in the structure or objects of the 3S s camp.
Do not damage any structure or object of the 3S surf camp.
Surf classes policy
Respect the schedules of the classes. 3SSC does not provide any exception of the regular surf classes’ schedule.
If you book more than one day of surf classes you are expected to have classes the next day since you start. If you decide not to have classes the next day since you start, you must inform us at the reception 24 hours in advance.
If you are expected for surf classes and you do not show up, 3SSC will not make up or refund.
Every booking of the surf classes is personalized. 3SSC has no relation with the substitute.
Clients are strictly required to follow the instructions of their teacher. Always keep the safety rules. In the case of injury inform your teacher without any delay.
If you are taking Surf classes:
· Be sure you signed in for the surf insurance;
· Be on time for the surf classes;
· Besides your personal belongings, bring your beach towel, pocket money or food to eat between surf sessions;
· The surf equipment is only included for the surf classes. You must rent it if you want to use it after the classes or at the weekend;
· You are responsible for your surf equipment. It should always be cleaned;
